UEFA will award the media legal rights contracts for any time period not exceeding three yrs using a community tender procedure giving all broadcasters a possibility to bid for the rights. The Examination relies on what the city would have obtained in house taxes had it bought the land on the stadium’s builders as an alternative to leasing it.
